RGA Policies

  • Students should wear t-shirts and elastic waistband athletic shorts.

Girls are encouraged to wear leotards.

Long hair must be neatly secured away from eyes and shoulders.

Jewelry must be removed before class.

No gum chewing or outside food in the working areas.

Visit RGA’s apparel shop offering a variety of leotards and gymnastics gear for all ages.

  • Students attending class must remain seated quietly in designated areas until instructed by the instructor to begin. Only after receiving instructions may students use any equipment, ensuring safety and proper supervision at all times.

  • Parents are kindly asked to refrain from speaking to or correcting children during training. It is important for students to focus fully on their instructor's directions. Any interruption poses a safety concern as RGA staff is dedicated to maintaining class management and control.

Parents and visitors are required to sit quietly in designated observation areas.

Children accompanied by parents must be under adult supervision at all times, and must stay away from equipment, vaulting ramps, and all training areas.

If parents have questions regarding coaching or their child's progress, they are encouraged to speak with the coach after class.

  • Please park in the designated stalls in the lot in front of the gym and make sure not to block the spaces of neighboring businesses.

  • Parents are welcome to record their child’s gymnastics classes for personal use. However, recording should be discreet and should not disrupt the class or other participants.

Please refrain from using flash photography or other disruptive techniques that may affect the class environment.

Before posting any photos or videos of your child on social media, ensure that the content does not include other children or coaches, to respect their privacy.

Respect the privacy of all individuals involved. Do not share or post images or videos of children who are not your own without explicit permission from their parents or guardians.

If a child or parent requests that their image not be shared, please honor that request.

New Students

  • Students are welcome to attend a complimentary introductory lesson or observe any of RGA conveniently scheduled classes.

Appointments are required to guarantee an introductory class.

A parent or guardian must be present at the time of the visit to complete the RGA Waiver and Release form, granting permission to attend.

  • Our semi-private gymnastics classes offer personalized 8:1 student-to-coach instruction, ensuring each student receives focused attention and guidance from our expert coaches.

  • Rainbow Gymnastics is a nurturing foundation for novice fitness, introducing children to confidence-building activities from as early as 20 months. Unlike many programs that start at age five, RGA offers daily lesson plans with obstacle courses and developmental stations designed with child safety in mind.

Group activities promote social skills, motor development, and hand-eye coordination. Basic gymnastic fundamentals are introduced, such as vaulting, bars, beam, tumbling, trampoline, athletic training, and flexibility.

  • We recommend that your child attends classes regularly to benefit from the progressive nature of our program. Participating up to three times a week allows them to develop essential skills like running, jumping, swinging, climbing, and tumbling, which contribute to improved fitness, strength, and endurance over time.

Our diverse class schedules and levels cater to different ages and abilities, ensuring a fun and energetic environment where children can build lifelong fitness habits and fond memories of physical education with RGA.

Enrollment

  • Tuition is structured around a 4-week session with options for attending 4, 8, or 16 classes. Additional weeks in months with five weeks accommodate RGA's cancellations without affecting tuition rates. Notifications for holidays and cancellations will be provided to families in advance.

  • The annual registration fee is $50 per child or $75 per family, renewing annually on the student’s enrollment anniversary. RGA reserves the right to cancel a student's membership at its discretion.

  • Absences due to illness or emergencies are considered excused at RGA. Students are entitled to one make-up lesson within two weeks of any absence.

Make-up classes must be scheduled within two weeks of the absence, subject to availability. Availability is not guaranteed. A no-show or failure to attend a scheduled make-up class forfeits the opportunity.

  • Customers must provide written notification to place an account on hold or close it. Yearly registration fees enable students to re-enter if space permits. Full tuition payment reserves a student's spot in the class, regardless of attendance.

  • We accept card, cash, and checks. For card payments, we accept Visa and Mastercard.

Take advantage of our monthly autopay program for added convenience!

  • First Child - Full tuition

Second Child - $5 discount on tuition

Third Child - $10 discount on tuition

Fourth Child - $15 discount on tuition

    Fifth Child - Tuition waived

  • Payment is expected at the first lesson of each month. Tuition must be paid in full regardless of attendance. We do not prorate tuition for absences.

Statements, including any past due amounts, additional fees, and differences in paid tuition, will be sent home with children after classes, typically the class after the 15th of each month. A late fee of $20 applies to tuition received after the 10th. Delinquent accounts will incur an additional $30 fee after 30 days. Returned checks will result in a $20 charge.

  • Rainbow Gymnastics observes closures on most Federal Holidays and schedules two one-week breaks during the summer and one week in winter. Please refer to the RGA Session Calendar for these blackout dates.
